Tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple can add unique flavor and a variety of nutrients to your smoothie. 

The one cup of raw mango supplies 25 percent of the daily value of vitamin A, which helps with night vision. Vitamin A also helps maintain the skin and mucosal cells, which are the first cells to fight infection. For this reason, vitamin A is important for proper immune system function. One cup of mango also supplies 6 percent of vitamin E,9 percent of vitamin K, 6 percent of vitamin B1, 6 percent of vitamin B2, 5 percent of niacin, 11 percent of B6 and 6 percent of folate. One cup of pineapple provides 8 percent of thiamine (B1), 3 percent of riboflavin (B2), 4 percent of niacin, 9 percent of B-6 and 6 percent of folate. Pineapple also contain more vitamin C then mango.

Last but not least wheatgrass. Wheatgrass is an effective healer because it contains all minerals known to man, and vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, l and K. It is extremely rich in protein, and contains 17 amino acids, the building blocks of protein. 3. Wheatgrass juice contains up to 70% chlorophyll, which is an important blood builder.Last a very important ingredient of this beverage is the wheatgrass. 

What do you need?
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender, excluding the goji berries.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together, until you reach a smoothie consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie in your favorite glass and add the a couple of goji berries to garnish.
