Hi Judee; I read your post and it is a good observation and point you are making, but as anything in excess you are absolutely right it is bad for you. I my case I may recommend 30 min to a maximum of an hour a day. Off-course this needs to be accompanied by a healthy and nutritional diet. Both exercise and diet need to compliment each other in order to have a healthy life.
